• GRASS FED AUSTRALIAN TALLOW: This balm is made with specially sourced Australian tallow from mindfully raised, 100% grass fed Australian cows. Grass fed tallow is superior to grain fed in both quality and nutrient contents, to protect and restore your skin.
• AUSTRALIA-SOURCED OILS: We used Australian emu oil--a deeply penetrating oil high in Vitamin K2, blue cypress oil, and sandalwood oil, which are ingredients utilized by the native tribes for thousands of years. We love the soothing, therapeutic qualities of these oils which are unique to the Australian continent.
• VITAMIN POWERHOUSE: Tallow is rich in vitamins A,D,E,K and B1 as well as stearic and oleic fatty acids and saturated fat. This yields a balm that is nourishing to your skin, but also highly shelf stable! (Variations in texture are common, due to these unadulterated ingredients).
• HERBY-FLORAL AROMA: with an aroma blend including blue cypress, sandalwood, clary sage, geranium, orange and lavender, Blue Outback provides an herbaceous, deep, slightly sweet and utterly relaxing aromatherapy experience.
• ABOUT OUR PROCESS: At Hearth and Homestead, we are a small, family-owned business that holds to high standards for every single ingredient we put in our products. We use only high quality essential oils, butters, fats, herbs, and spices. We never use artificial ingredients like micas, dyes, or artificial fragrances.
